High Effectiveness

There have been a couple of defining moments in my life that stand out, where my values and principles were molded. Firstly, my grandfather, who was a Colonel in the Army, showed all his grandkids how to be accountable for everything you do, help others as much as possible and never ask for anything in return. In high school I was in the Lansing Area Manufacturing Partnership, at General Motors, where I was taught how to be an effective collaborator with everyone in a company, and how to solve problems in real life working environments as a team.
